Kimberly Rose Okhoba is an external consultant at Muren Advocates LLB. She previously served as a legal associate in the firm for a period of almost two years and is an invaluable resource for the firm and clients alike. She is a member of The Law Society of Kenya in good standing.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kenyatta University and a Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law and is a Certified Secretary CS (k) (Kasneb).
Kimberley has served as a Pupil and legal Assistant at Manyonge Wanyama and Associates Advocates and worked as a legal intern at Kithi and Company Advocates where she was able to gain experience in corporate and commercial law, legal compliance, civil and criminal litigation, client management among others.
She has served as a legal assistant at National Irrigation board assisted in preparations for internal legal audits, corporate law, contract drafting and negotiations and offered legal advisories in various subjects.
She was involved in legal research and provides legal support in litigation, policy/ legal review, legal audit and statutory risk assessment matters.
Kimberley currently specializes in the areas of; company secretarial, civil law, commercial law, constitutional law and criminal litigation, employment law, family law, legal audits, legislative drafting, transaction advisory, risk evaluation and mitigation, negotiation, legal compliance, drafting, legal research and opinions.
